To be successful in the position, we believe our new manager is innovative, clear, and confident. Experience in international business processes, interest in technology and sales will also be useful

Key tasks and areas of responsibility

• Strategy and business development in consultation with the management team and the board.
• Sales and market development.
• Negotiations and relationship building with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure that the company complies with regulatory requirements, nationally and internationally.
• Overall responsibility for optimizing operations and margins.
• Daily management, organizational development, and reporting.

Wanted qualifications

• Higher relevant education.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience and development of teams.
• Documentable good results from comparable tasks and roles.
• Good understanding of international market trends, sales, and business processes.
• Ability to lead and drive forward development projects.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, and German will also be an advantage.
• Interest in software development and ability to acquire technology expertise.
